AYC Transient Reservations on Dockwa.com

AYC accepts transient requests from both AYC Members and visiting sailors on Dockwa.com
The Dockwa Waitlist option works best as we typically only have 1-2 transient slips and can only confirm reservations less than a week in advance for non-members due to club rules. AYC is a better "last minute" option - not for visiting sailors who need a confirmed slip further in advance.

Transient Reservations
AYC Member Reservations

  1. Submit requested transient dates through Dockwa.com

  2. AYC will check and confirm if dates available

    • Can confirm up to 6 continuous days in a 30 day period

    • More than 6 days ok only if no other member requests for these dates

  3. AYC will adjust Dockwa to AYC Member rate

  4. If date(s) not available:

    • Member put on waitlist in order request received in Dockwa.com

    • Determine if there are any other options (i.e. open member slip)

    • Member notified if and when transient space can be confirmed

Visiting Sailor Reservations

  1. Submit requested transient dates through Dockwa.com

  2. AYC staff will check and confirm if dates available

    • Friday and Saturday can only be confirmed at 5pm the day before

    • Sunday to Thursday nights can be confirmed a few days in advance

  3. AYC updates Waitlist request to a confirmed reservation

  4. If date(s) not available:

    • Visiting Sailor put on waitlist in order request received in Dockwa.com

    • Determine if there are any other options (i.e. open member slip)

    • Visiting Sailor notified if and when transient space can be confirmed
