·     1730: Social Hour/Kids Games/Appetizers

·     1800: Kids Dinner Served 

·     1830: Dinner Served

Food

·         AYC will provide appetizers and desserts.

·         Last names A - L: Please bring a salad to serve 8

·         Last names M - Z: Please bring an entree to serve 8

·         If you will be bringing a child under 12, please bring a kid friendly buffet item that serves 6

Drink

·         BYOB: AYC will provide mixers, soda, ice and cups/glassware.

Activities

·         Rock painting          

·         Bubbles on the lawn

·         Lawn games

·         LIVE MUSIC! Bryan Frates returns to the Ropewalk with Friends…

Due to the popularity of the Fall Potluck this will be for members and their families only. This event was a huge success in 2024…Let’s fill the ropewalk again! Hope to see you there.

The Ways & Means Committee is offering Reserved Parking for AYC members who have difficulty walking. Members with mobility issues can reserve parking for any club events.
